Returns & Exchanges

At Okanui, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them back into the original shipping satchel or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
